What a long and weird (but fun) trip it's been, kids.
Okay, before I go into a bunch of stuff, please read the story before you read the comments people leave, (because we know you will leave us comments, because you're awesome like that,) otherwise, lots of stuff is just going to be very confusing for you.
And, we'd also recommend checking out the uh, music, you know the drill.
That said, Tiff here. Your slave to the weekly updates for over a year now. A LONG time. LOL. Chelsi and I are really glad you all have taken this trip with us into the lives of these characters. So, as you might guess, the final two chapters, 14 & 15 of "Crash" are now up at Last Stop.

I feel like a part of my life is over but it also makes me relise what it's like to be addicted to fan fiction. I think everyone can say they grew up a little more by reading it....
Do I like the way it ended.. not really but then also i can see you should make a Eploge one a Happy one where Taylor lives and another one of Taylor's Death...
It was a great Story which I will hold to my heart deeply. It helped me though some times I needed something to read and other stuff...
Chels and Tiff you two are asome writers and if you don't become writers in the furture I will kick your asses... But really you two did a great job! I'm proud of you both.. and it's been an hounor to read such great Fan fic that is so talently written!

I don't think hanson fiction has ever made me cry like that. Maybe I was naive and thought it would end happy, but when Kae screamed I had to stop reading because I felt it. And I realized I wasn't sad for losing the real life Taylor we all love, but for losing the amazing character you two have created. This trilogy is always going to stay close to my heart. At the end I couldn't help but look back on the breakfasts at Ike and Lexie's house...how things have change since then. You both are talented beyond anything good I could say about you. Thanks for the journey!!!
I'm so sad that this whole trilogy is all over. That ending made me cry. These 3 stories have been the best Hanson fanfiction that I have ever read they were all awesome. Tiffany and Chelsi you both have awesome talent you guy's are so good together. You two have created some awesome stories together keep using your great talent's for the furture you guy's ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!

i'm so sad the trilogy is over now... even more sad beacuse of what happens in the end.
i feel a bit empty inside. that's what always happenen to me when i read a great novel that is the story of an overwhelming love... will i ever feel something like that?
leaving these things aside i have to say that the ending shocked me. i hadn't expected something like it. i was more for a happy ending... ril/zac and a taylor alive or ril/taylor (and zac alive of course). maybe taylor could have left in a less drastical way.
btw, you are the writers and you made an awesome job. this trilogy is surely on top of hanfic mand i'm already waiting for something by you two.

I never cried so hard in my life! That is sooooo sad. I so wanted riley to be with taylor.
I did not like how it ended at all...but I can see why u did it.
it solves everything really.
but would it be bad of me to say I wished zac died instead.
Plus how does this effect riley? I mean her soulmate died. If that happen to me I might jump off a cliff.

it was okay. it kept me reading it..........but there was a lot about it that was just flat out annoying. like the daughter having the dreams, too, and zac taking riley back after all the crap she did. seriously, who would take someone back who does all that and shows no remorse. it's like "oops. i fucked your brother. oops. i fucked him again. oops. that's not really your daughter. oh and i'd rather be with him."
and his response is "oh i still love you!" ???!!!!!
not a very realistic story at all.
but not as bad as some of the crap i've read.
Wow, well I knew it had to end. And while this isn't the picture-perfect ending, it sadly works. Funny how things turn out like that. I truly enjoyed the whole trilogy... you captured unchosen love so beautifully. Thank you for taking the time to end things properly and eloquently. It was a wonderful read

Your idea of two endings is clever, and I [Tiff] have done that before with "Every Word I Say," but we felt that ending "Crash" needed to be that very thing, a completed ending. If we hadn't done that, it could've gone on forever. :)

Jessica - thanks so much hon. We're sorry we made you cry, but we're happy that our writing made you feel emotion. :) That means we accomplished what we set out to do which is affect those who read our stories in some way, whether it makes them happy, angry, elated, or sad. :)
The breakfasts definitely were a staple in setting up the story weren't they? We thought that was a unique thing to lace through the writing, and slowly pull away from it as things evolved and got crazy, although, it wasn't completely intentional.

We're definitely proud of this, though we know it still needs a lot of work, and we've already discussed rewriting it, filling in some gaps and fixing mistakes and what not, we'll probably do that in the future. :) And thank you too, for the compliments and taking time to comment. :)

Cameron - We felt empty when it ended too. When we start talking about the characters, the empty feeling comes back, it sucks, but it's also good, because then we know we did something right with these characters. :)
And gosh, I want to feel that overwhelming love too, I think everyone does in some way, and reading stories about it not only makes us long for it more, but it makes us wonder if it is attainable. I think it is. :)
I'm personally glad the ending shocked you. (Not trying to be mean, LOL.) That's what I was hoping the reaction would be, shock.... Chelsi hated it, she still does, but she agrees with you, that it is unexpected and shocking. She voted that he should die in a less drastic manner, but I kind of thought that took the element of "Taylor" out of it. In one way, he's taking the easy way out, yet, he could've chosen a more "peaceful" way to do it, [read: less bloody and violent,] but then I thought, 'Is that Taylor?' and the answer to that was no. Taylor is so passionate and 'in your face,' especially at certain times, that the ending with him taking his own life in that manner seemed to be the way *he* would do it. That, and had we not killed him off, we would've been writing this story for the rest of our lives. LMAO.

Michelle G - Awww, gosh, there we went making people cry again! Hehe. I wanted Riley to be with Taylor too, Chelsi was more of a Ril/Zac shipper. Haha. It kept things interesting in the writing. At least she *was* going to be with Taylor, he didn't know soon enough though.
And yes, we mostly did it to solve everything, as I said before, had we not done it, we would've been writing it forever, and ever, and ever.
Zac dying could have certainly been interesting, but I almost think that it would've just been more incentive for Ril to go to Taylor, being that he held her true heart. As far as its effect on Riley, one can assume she never told Zac of her plan to leave him, so she has to live with the guilt of knowing that she's not with the man she wants to be with. I think in the beginning, it would've been really hard, but she settled, because Zac was always her protector and her comfort, and I think Taylor saw that too, and that was one of the reasons he chose to do what he did. But you're right, it wouldn't be an easy thing to handle in any possible way. Though I do think, in time, it would get easier. And, she does have the baby with Zac, so that would strengthen their connection in the midst of the betrayl and tragedy.
(And I wanted Riley to save Taylor too.)

Anonymous #1 - We're glad it kept you reading. And yes, we whole-heartedly agree that Zac taking Ril back after everything was annoying. However, it does happen every single day (doesn't make it right though.) Kaelin having the dreams was actually a last minute decision, because we were getting close to the end, and we needed a way to tie up some of the ends, and that seemed like a way to do it. And, you have to consider too, that in a sense, Zac had always been about having something Taylor wanted, which was Riley, because he felt Taylor always got everything he wanted, so he wasn't just going to give her up, because he knew she'd go to Taylor.
We never claimed it was realistic, in fact, it's very soap opera/Jerry Springer-esque, and I'd hate to think it *were* real. (Haha.) Though I'm sure similar things have happened in people's lives....like unplanned pregnancies, being in-love with more than one person, struggling with sanity, that sort of thing.
I think the story's biggest fault is the timeline, namely in "Cannonball," because everything happens so quickly. To me, that is the most unrealistic part of it all, and it's something we've discussed and planned to address should we decide to rewrite it.
But anyway, we're glad it kept you reading, on that count, we must've done something right. :) Thanks for commenting.

And, I think there are different kinds of love, not all of it is happy, and not all of it is twisted [like in the stories,] I think it depends on the people and the situations, but that of course, is opened to interpretation.
